Delivery

We use Royal Mail for delivery, and in the UK you have two shipping options: 24 hours or 48 hours. Internationally, the delivery time will vary, but can be significantly longer. If speed of delivery is crucial and you want to use a different, quicker courier, please contact us and we can make this happen for you.

Our usual turnaround time (before shipping time is added) is normally around 2 days, but may be quicker. If speed is key, there’s an option to buy Premium Processing at checkout, which means we guarantee to process and ship your parcel within 24 hours.

We aim to keep shipping costs are low as possible, and therefore charge by weight at cost to us (so we don’t make any profit on the shipping fees you see).

For all orders in all locations, where tracked shipping is applied, our couriers will send a tracking number to you once the shipment has been dispatched.

If you’re based in Norway, rest assured that we’re working on our VOEC-registration and once this is active there will be no additional import duties or taxes through customs – these charges will then already be built-in to the price we charge for our products. We are working on implementing this across as many jurisdictions as possible.

All our products are shipped in sturdy postal boxes that fit through most letterboxes. Not only does this mean that costs are lower (our boxes are considered large letters in the UK), it also means you’ll get your parcel quicker as the courier will be able to put your parcel in your letterbox and you don’t need to be in to receive it.
