Returns & Refunds

We hope you’re happy with your Foss & Bjørn purchase, but if you change your mind or find that what you ordered isn’t quite right for you, we provide free returns for all items. All we ask is that the returns request is made within 30 days of sale, and the item is unused with the Foss & Bjørn label still attached. You’ll also need your receipt/proof of purchase. Please contact us prior to sending the items back so we can give you a returns reference, confirm to you that the return is valid, and provide you with a shipping label. The courier we use varies based on your location. Items sent back to us without a confirmed returns reference will not be accepted.

Once we receive the item back, we’ll process the refund within 3-5 working days, and it can take another 3-5 days for your payment provider to credit the purchase back to your account (though it’s often much quicker).

This does not affect your statutory rights (and in fact is better than the EU/EEA/UK-mandated 14-day cooling-off period). We’re THAT confident that you’ll love our products!

We hope everything goes smoothly and you receive your items in the mint condition we send them in, but if you have any issues, such as damage in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we’ll organise a replacement. The same applies in the exceptional event that you’ve received the wrong item or the item is defective. Contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We do not accept returns for custom products, such as personalised, engraved or bespoke items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a particular product prior to purchase if you’re unsure.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to get the item you’re looking for is to submit a returns request for the item you have, and purchase the new item once the return is approved.
