These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. By placing an order you agree to the T&Cs. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted by making updates on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Foss & Bjørn is Foss & Bjørn Limited, company number 15017427 registered in England and Wales, and also referred to as “we”, “us” or “the company” in these Terms and Conditions. “Force majeure” means any act, event, omission, happening or non-happening beyond Foss & Bjørn’s reasonable control – including (but not limited to) government regulations, fire, flood or any disaster or industrial dispute affecting a third party.

All sales made by Foss & Bjørn are deemed to incorporate these Terms and Conditions. Cancellation of orders by consumers (“the Customer”) is only accepted in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Foss & Bjørn is entitled to refuse any order placed.

Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions means that you agree to only provide correct details for the purpose of purchasing goods from our website, and that the credit or debit card you use to make a purchase from us is your own or your company’s card, that you’re authorised to use it, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the goods you order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT or other sales taxes in your jurisdiction, at the current rates, where applicable. All rates are correct at the time of entering information. Foss & Bjørn reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Delivery dates are an estimate only, and while Foss & Bjørn make every effort to despatch goods quickly, we do not accept liability for any third party failure to deliver within the stated time. If our delivery provider is unable to deliver the product you have ordered within 30 days of the date of the order, you are entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund. In order to do this, you must notify Foss & Bjørn in writing after the above 30 days, but before delivery has taken place (or before Foss & Bjørn or our delivery providers have notified you that the goods are ready for delivery). We do not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the Customer notifies us of the shortage/damage in writing within 7 days of receipt. Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks passes to the Customer. Ownership of the goods does not pass to the Customer until payment is received in full.

We make every effort to provide the goods as advertised but reserve the right to supply the goods subject to minor variations in actual dimensions, specifications and, in the case of bulk items, quantities without prior notice. If we’re unable to supply the goods ordered, we reserve the right to offer goods of equal or superior quality/value at no extra cost. In such a case, if the Customer does not wish to accept the alternative goods offered, he or she may cancel the order and obtain a refund for that order. This shall be the sole remedy of the Customer in these circumstances.

We’re committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be faulty or defective. In such cases, we offer the returns facilities described in the “Returns & Refunds Policy” which can be found here. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

Purchase of goods by a retail customer via the Foss & Bjørn website are subject to The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 (“the Regulations”). Where these Regulations apply, Customers may cancel goods by sending a written notice from the website. This must be sent within 14 working days of the date of delivery (“the cooling -off period”) after the goods are received. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods if they exercise this right of cancellation under the Regulations (all other returns are paid for by Foss & Bjørn). A refund will be paid after receipt of the returned goods. Our Returns & Refunds page has full details of this process, which are considered an extension of these terms.

Foss & Bjørn are not liable for any damage or loss, however caused, arising from your use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our liability in respect of losses shall be limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant order, provided it has been paid. Nothing in this agreement limits our liability for personal injury caused by negligence.

On occasion we run promotions and offers on selected products or lines. Qualifying promotions and offers will be automatically applied to your order and are subject to the below:

  • With the exception of free delivery offers, promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers
  • Offers are valid only on the full-price products indicated
  • Offers are valid for limited-time periods, except items that are being discontinued
  • Gift cards are exempt from all offers
  • If an item is returned for a refund that brings the amount spent below any qualifying amount, the refund may be reduced to reflect this
  • All offers are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw or extend offers at any time, without prior notice.

We confirm that the goods we supply do not present a hazard to health and safety when properly used for the purpose they are designed, and if the Customer takes reasonable and normal precautions in their use. Our Cleaning & Care section has more details on how best to take care of your items.

We make every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted on our website are correct and accurate. However, despite this, errors may occasionally occur. In the case of an omission or a manifest error, we are entitled to rescind the contract, notwithstanding that we may have already accepted the order and/or received payment. Our liability in this event will be limited to the return of any money paid for the order and associated shipping costs. In the case of a manifest error in relation to price, the Customer will be entitled to purchase the goods by paying the difference between the quoted price and the correct price. This needs to be confirmed in writing by Foss & Bjørn after the error has been discovered. 

  • Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer
  • If any provision in this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining contents
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts

All content tagged with #fossandbjorn, #fab, #sensoryjewellery and/or #chewellery (or American English spellings thereof), or social media images that feature Foss & Bjørn products (including your name, username, photos, videos, text, graphics, GIFs etc) will here be referred to as User Generated Content (“UGC”). We may use, reproduce, distribute, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit UGC content in any manner we choose. You hereby confirm that you own all rights in and to your photos that you associate with Foss & Bjørn in this manner, you have permission from any person(s) appearing in your photos, you are 18 years or older, and our use of your details and/or photos will not violate the rights of any third party or any law.

You hereby waive any moral rights in the photos to which you are now or may be at any future time entitled under Chapter IV of Part I of the Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988, or any similar provisions of law in any jurisdiction. Foss & Bjørn does not have any obligation to pay you for any use of your photos and any of the intellectual property rights contained therein. You hereby release Foss & Bjørn (and our representatives) from all claims, demands, and liabilities in connection with use of the photos as described above.

There is a 10% discount code available to those who participated in the pre-launch focus groups, and for subscribers to the Foss & Bjørn newsletter. This can be redeemed online only and not with our retail stockists. To redeem the discount offer, enter your unique promotion code at the online checkout. Only one unique promotion code per subscriber/participant is available. Each code can be used once only. The discount is valid on full-price items only. Focus group codes must be redemmed before midnight on 28 February 2025. Delivery charges are excluded from the discount, and the discount may not be exchanged for cash. It is non-transferrable. Any returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Foss & Bjørn reserves the right to refuse to allow any individual to participate and to withdraw the offer if it is deemed that there has been inappropriate or unfair use.

There are no competitions running at the moment.

We process all payments using Paypal, Stripe and other local and well-established payment providers. These third parties ensure that all sensitive information is stored safely and protected well and in compliance with all relevant rules and regulations. We will take all reasonable steps to keep your order information secure, but we are not liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any of your data through these third parties, including credit card details that you have provided.


By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of the information as outlined in our Privacy policy. If changes in our Privacy policy affect the use of your personal information, then we will attempt to contact you via the email address we hold to seek your consent to the change in use.
