    • I don’t generally wear jewellery but I found myself reaching to put it on when I was dysregulated because it’s so visually appealing. I liked the size of the beads, I find with alot of chewellery due to my co-occuring conditions it actually hurts to use, however I found these to be much less strain on my jaw than others I have tried.
